Are interested in a topic so much that you want to know everything you can about it? Do you love it so much that you could be around it your entire life? Do you feel compelled to share your love of the subject with others? Is your love taught in school? If you answered yes to all these questions than this class is probably for you![/b] not for the light-hearted. The following is a brief list of what you can expect in this class throughout the year. A quick reminder, most schools will not hire you unless you have at least 1 year of this class. Of course, the more the merrier and the more experienced you will be as an educator. Of course, we suggest taking this course along with other classes that you would like to teach, for knowing about what you love is a key concept as well.
I have been teaching for 10 years, and although that may not seem like much to someone, it has brought me great comfort in knowing that I can instill knowledge in the minds of many, and hopefully share ideas and concepts that could later shape who they are as a person and what their ideals are. Of course, teaching takes great dedication, and hard work and is definitely
Now on with the list.
- Organization Skills - You will learn how to organize your classroom to make not only your life easier when organizing attendance, marking tests/quizzes and collecting homework, but much easier for the students to find where they should go and what they should do with the homework. This is an important skill for an organized class looks more appealing to the eye, and may even raise more interest in your class, wherever it may be.
- Conduction Skills - In this area, you will learn how to conduct, or lead your class. This is shown with examples and where you can go with a lesson. This also shows how you can get the students active and interested in the class, with ideas such as debates on theories, group work and fun classroom ideas.
- Assignment Ideas - This is semi tie in with the Conduction Skills. This part of the class gives you insight on how you can layout assignments, and make sure that your students will not be bored to death with the lesson. This shows fun project ideas, and explains why making homework optional is such a good idea.
- Marking Guides - Marks are what most students are looking for when it comes to teaching. This is part of the class is important, because it will show you the best ways to organize students marks, and also explains a great way of marking assignments too. Marking students not only based on information is important in our time, for we are learning that using different skills are important too.
- Setting Up A Curriculum - This part of class is pretty self-explanatory. It shows you some of the best ways to layout your classes, from organizing in years and, possibly, houses, to what you should teach first and why.
These are just a few lessons that you will learn in this class. Once this degree is acquired, you can feel confident in yourself knowing that you have a degree in Magical Education Studies and can now teach in any school that will hire you. This degree has helped many achieve their goals in the Educational Field. It did for me.
Yours Truly,
